FKDM in Central Jakarta Actively Helps Handling COVID-19

We have 388 members who are actively monitoring the implementation of health protocols in the community

All member of the Public Early Alert Communication Forum (FKDM) in Central Jakarta, starting from the urban village, sub-district until city level are actively helping the government in an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19 in the community.

Central Jakarta FKDM Chairwoman Patriyuni disclosed one of the roles they played included monitoring the implementation of health protocols during the cash social assistance (BST) distribution in eight sub-districts.

"We have 388 members who are actively monitoring the implementation of health protocols in the community," she stated, Wednesday (1/27).

They were also regularly educating and socializing the public about the danger of COVID-19, including providing information to the sub-district COVID 19 team when they saw crowds in one location

She asserted they were never tired of inviting residents to wear masks, keep maintaining physical distance and wash hands with soap.

"We also often distribute free masks and spray disinfectant in residential areas," she said.
